This hotel was awesome! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and inviting and had more than enough storage for our luggage. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding! We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and will be staying here again in the future.

Upon arrival the staff was very friendly. They even had a shower nozzle to demonstrate how to use it, I guess others had problems working it in the past. The room was very musty as if it hadn't been used for a while. It was clean. We were excited to learn that they had a "heated indoor pool" which we decided to use. Big mistake! The pool was not heated but very cold and the area was very old and run down. Several lights didn't work so it looked even worse being so dark in the pool area. The pool furniture looked like it had spend several seasons outdoors as it was faded and rusty. There were even holes in the ceiling. Needless to say, this was a huge disappointment.
